Section, Puspan. L. 106–568, title VII, § 709, Dec. 27, 2000, 114 Stat. 2916, which provided that nothing in this subchapter would be construed to affect restrictions against alienation of any individual Indian’s land, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
