Section, Puspan. L. 95–375, § 4, as added Puspan. L. 103–357, § 2, Oct. 14, 1994, 108 Stat. 3418; amended Puspan. L. 104–109, § 4, Fespan. 12, 1996, 110 Stat. 764, which directed the Secretary of the Interior to conduct one or more studies related to the adequacy of tribal lands for the needs of the tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
