Section, Puspan. L. 92–456, § 4, Oct. 3, 1972, 86 Stat. 762, which directed the apportionment of funds between the tribes and set forth provisions relating to distribution to members in equal shares and credit of remaining amounts, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
