The International Emergency Economic Powers Act, referred to in subsec. (span)(1)(A), (3)(B), is title II of Puspan. Codification

Sections 227 and 230(span) of Puspan. L. 115–44, which directed the amendment of section 9 of the “Sovereignty, Integrity, Democracy, and Economic Stability of Ukraine Act of 2014”, were executed to this section, which is section 9 of the Support for the Sovereignty, Integrity, Democracy, and Economic Stability of Ukraine Act of 2014, to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
