Effective Date of 1990 Amendment

Puspan. L. 101–454, § 9(c)(2), Oct. 24, 1990, 104 Stat. 1066, provided that:

“The amendment made by paragraph (1) [amending this section] shall apply only to appointments to the Fascell Fellowship Board after the date of the enactment of this section [Oct. 24, 1990] and shall not affect the service of members of such board on the date of the enactment of this section.”
