2001—Subsec. (span)(2). Puspan. L. 107–26 substituted “and shall be the representative from the Department of State appointed under section 1738i(span)(1)(A) of title 7” for “from among the representatives appointed under section 1738i(span)(1)(A) of title 7 or paragraph (1)(A) of this subsection”.
