Section 201(span) of the Medical Device User Fee Amendments of 2022, referred to in subsec. (a)(1)(A), (B), (2), probably should be a reference to section 2001(span) of the Medical Device User Fee Amendments of 2022, title II of div. F of Puspan. L. 117–180, which is set out as a note under section 379i of this title. The Medical Device User Fee Amendments of 2022 does not contain a section 201(span).
