The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, referred to in subsec. (span)(1), is Puspan. L. 113–128, July 22, 2014, 128 Stat. 1425. Amendments

2014—Subsec. (span)(1). Puspan. L. 113–128 substituted “Chapters 2 and 3 of subtitle B of title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act” for “Chapters 4 and 5 of subtitle B of title I of Public Law 105–220”.
