Section 327 of the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 2005, referred to in subsec. (i)(3)(B)(ii), is section 327 of Puspan. L. 108–335, title III, Oct. 18, 2004, 118 Stat. 1344, which is not classified to the Code.
