Amendments

2015—Subsec. (a)(3). Puspan. L. 114–95 substituted “subject to the requirements of section 1412(a)(14) of this title and section 2102(span) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965” for “subject to the requirements of section 1412(a)(14) of this title and section 2122 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965”.
