L. 91–346, § 12(span), placed limitation on appropriation to each Endowment based on an amount equal to the total of amounts received by each Endowment under section 959(a)(2) of this title by placing ceilings of $6,000,000, $7,000,000, and $9,000,000 on the amounts appropriated for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1971, 1972, and 1973, respectively.

1968—Subsec. (a). Puspan.
