Section, Puspan. L. 96–428, § 4, Oct. 10, 1980, 94 Stat. 1841, established the Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site Advisory Commission to advise the Secretary and prepare plans for administration of the site and terminated the Commission ten years after Oct. 10, 1980.
