L. 107–332, Dec. 16, 2002, 116 Stat. 2871, known as the Homestead National Monument of America Additions Act, provided for addition of certain parcels of private and State-owned land to the Homestead National Monument of America and authorized appropriations and cooperative agreements with the appropriate State and local governments.
Puspan. L. 91–411, Sept. 25, 1970, 84 Stat. 863, provided for addition of the Freeman School to the Homestead National Monument of America in Nebraska and authorized appropriation of not more than $50,000 for rehabilitation and development of the Freeman School.
