Section 4 of Puspan. L. 108–128, which directed the amendment of section 4 of the “Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and Gunnison Gorge National Area Act of 1999”, was executed to this section, which is section 4 of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and Gunnison Gorge National Conservation Area Act of 1999, to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
