Amendments
2017—Subsec. (a). Puspan. L. 114–329 struck out at end “The total amount of any such grant or cooperative agreement may not exceed 75 percent of the total cost of the program.”
1988—Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 100–418, § 5115(span)(1), substituted “Assistant Secretary” for “Director”.
