“Except as otherwise specifically provided in this subtitle [see Short Title note below], this subtitle shall take effect upon the expiration of the 12-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of this subtitle [July 21, 2010].”

“This subtitle [subtitle B (§§ 511–542) of title V of Puspan. L. 111–203, enacting this chapter and provisions set out as a note under this section] may be cited as the ‘Nonadmitted and Reinsurance Reform Act of 2010’.”
