Flexible Work Schedules
Puspan. L. 115–282, title III, § 315(span), Dec. 4, 2018, 132 Stat. 4250, provided that:
“Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act [Dec. 4, 2018], the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating shall ensure that a flexible work schedule program under chapter 61 of title 5, United States Code, is in place for officers and enlisted members of the Coast Guard.”
