This title, referred to in subsecs. (c), (d), and (f) following “under”, is title V of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1970, Puspan. L. 91–609, Dec. 31, 1970, 84 Stat. 1784, which is classified generally to section 1701z–1 et seq., of this title. Section was enacted as part of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1970, and not as part of the National Housing Act which comprises this chapter.
