Effective Date
Puspan. L. 110–181, div. A, title V, § 528(span)(3), Jan. 28, 2008, 122 Stat. 109, provided that:
“The amendments made by this subsection [enacting this section] shall take effect on October 1, 2008, and shall only apply to initial enrollments in approved programs of education after such date.”
