The War Powers Resolution, referred to in subsec. (f), is Puspan. 2023—Subsec. (span)(1). Puspan. L. 118–31 substituted “(A) Except as provided under subparagraph (B), units” for “Units”, redesignated former subpars. (A) and (B) as cls. (i) and (ii), respectively, of subpar. (A), and added subpar. (B).
