Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 115–232, § 809(a), substituted “section 9014(c)(1)(F)” for “section 8014(c)(1)(F)”.

2016—Subsec. (a). Puspan. L. 114–328 struck out second sentence which read as follows: “An officer assigned to that position shall be an officer in the grade of major general.”
