Effective Date of 2011 Amendment
Puspan. L. 111–383, div. A, title VI, § 632(c), Jan. 7, 2011, 124 Stat. 4240, provided that:
“Subsection (span) of section 1412 of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), shall apply beginning with the first month that begins more than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [Jan. 7, 2011].”
