Pilot Program on JPME Phase II on Other Than In-Residence Basis
Puspan. L. 112–81, div. A, title V, § 552(span), Dec. 31, 2011, 125 Stat. 1412, authorized the Secretary of Defense to carry out a pilot program to assess the feasibility and advisability of offering a program of instruction under this section on an other than in-residence basis and provided that the authority for the program would expire five years after Dec. 31, 2011.
