- Table 2 to Subpart PPPPPP of Part 63—Opacity Standards

As stated in § 63.11423(a)(2), you must comply with the opacity standards in the following table:

For . . . Any gases emitted must not exceed . . . 1. Each new or existing facility other than a lead reclamation facility0 percent opacity (measured according to EPA Method 9 of appendix A to 40 CFR part 60 and rounded to the nearest whole percentage or measured according to EPA Method 22 of appendix A to 40 CFR part 60). 2. Each new or existing lead reclamation facility5 percent opacity (measured according to EPA Method 9 and rounded to the nearest whole percentage).
