As stated in § 63.8790(b), you must comply with the applicable operating limits in the following table:
For each . . . | You must . . . | 1. Scrubber | a. Maintain the daily average scrubber inlet liquid flow rate above the minimum value established during the performance test. | b. Maintain the daily average scrubber effluent pH within the operating range value established during the performance test. | c. If you use a venturi scrubber, maintain the daily average pressure drop across the venturi within the operating range value established during the performance test. | 2. Other type of control device to which flame lamination emissions are ducted | Maintain your operating parameter(s) within the ranges established during the performance test and according to your monitoring plan. |
