- Table 4 to Subpart HHHHH of Part 63—Emission Limits and Work Practice Standards for Wastewater Streams

As required in § 63.8020, you must meet each emission limit and work practice standard in the following table that applies to your wastewater streams.

For each . . .	You must . . .	1. Wastewater tank used to store a Group 1 wastewater stream	Maintain a fixed roof, which may have openings necessary for proper venting of the tank, such as pressure/vacuum vent or j-pipe vent.	2. Group 1 wastewater stream	a. Convey using hard-piping and treat the wastewater as a hazardous waste in accordance with 40 CFR part 264, 265, or 266 either onsite or offsite; or		b. If the wastewater contains <50 ppmw of partially soluble HAP, you may elect to treat the wastewater in an enhanced biological treatment system that is located either onsite or offsite.
