- Table 5 to Subpart YYYY of Part 63—Continuous Compliance With Operating Limitations

As stated in §§ 63.6135 and 63.6140, you must comply with the following requirements to demonstrate continuing compliance with operating limitations:

For each stationary combustion turbine complying with the emission limitation for formaldehyde . . . You must demonstrate continuous compliance by . . . 1. with an oxidation catalystcontinuously monitoring the inlet temperature to the catalyst and maintaining the 4-hour rolling average of the inlet temperature within the range suggested by the catalyst manufacturer. 2. without the use of an oxidation catalystcontinuously monitoring the operating limitations that have been approved in your petition to the Administrator.
